Cancellation Policy

At Seattle Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care to every client. To ensure that we can accommodate all appointments and maintain our commitment to exceptional service, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Credit Card Requirement

  • All appointments require a credit card on file to secure your booking.
  • Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, fail to show up, or arrive too late for us to accommodate your service.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice will incur the following fees:
    • Appointments under $500: A $75 fee will be charged to the card on file.
    • Appointments over $500: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file.
  • For treatments as part of a package, a missed appointment will count as a completed treatment and will reduce the remaining number of treatments in your package.

Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, but the full-service fee will still apply.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling your appointment is always welcome, provided it is done at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduled appointments canceled within the 48-hour window are subject to the cancellation fees listed above.

Emergencies and Exceptions

  • We understand that life happens. In the case of unexpected emergencies or illnesses, please contact us as soon as possible via text or phone at 206-735-7588 or beauty@seattleaesthetics.com. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Appointment Reminders

  • As a courtesy, we send appointment reminders via text or email 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment, even if you do not receive the reminder.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

  • No refunds will be provided for prepaid treatments, packages, or promotions if the appointment is canceled within the 48-hour window or missed without notice.

Policy for Complimentary Consultations

  • Complimentary consultations are also subject to this policy. Missed consultations or cancellations within 48 hours will result in a $50 no-show fee.

Multiple No-Shows

  • Clients with two or more no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future services or may no longer be eligible to book appointments.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment using the link provided in your confirmation and reminder emails or by contacting us via phone or text at 206-735-7588.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact our office directly at 206-735-7588 or via email at beauty@seattleaesthetics.com. Cancellations within this timeframe will be subject to the cancellation fees outlined above.
  • Requests sent outside of business hours will be considered received on the next business day.

Policy Updates

  • Seattle Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
