Founder/CEO
Hello! My name is Ronda and I am the driving force behind the Seattle Aesthetics team. About 15 years ago, I started on a quest to find a non-invasive way to help women get rid of their stubborn body fat without having to go under the knife. And that’s when CoolSculpting won my heart. We’ve since treated well over 10,000 patients with amazing success, adding even more non-invasive aesthetic treatments that help slow down the aging process and keep you looking as young and beautiful as possible.
Emily De Las Heras, LME
Hi there, I’m Emily! I started my aesthetics career in 2017 and am extremely passionate about skincare and educating patients about the importance of loving on their skin. The most rewarding part of my role as a Master Esthetician is seeing how confident and happy the transformative treatments make my clients feel. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors on my paddleboard and taking in the beauty of the PNW.

Hi, I’m Nina! Nothing brings more joy to my heart than helping people discover how a simple transformation on the outside can affect their self-worth and confidence on the inside. As we progress through the natural and beautiful phases of life, it becomes even more important to be especially kind to your skin – and to yourself! Together, we will focus on the things that are most important to you, finding the most holistic and natural way to improve the way you look and feel.
Yentl Serrano, Practice Admin
Hi, I’m Yentl! I find immense joy in helping people heal and restore their bodies naturally. My journey began as a behavioral therapist for foster youth, but my passion for holistic health soon led me to new and exciting paths. From working as a chiropractic assistant and office manager to guiding clients in a natural weight loss office specializing in red light therapy and sound frequencies, I’ve seen firsthand how natural methods can transform lives.
Diane Oakley, LME
Hi there – I’m Diane. My passion for aesthetics began over 20 years ago after working as a front desk receptionist for a well-known Seattle plastic surgeon. That’s when I fell in love with lasers and began training on a variety of devices to help resolve challenging skin conditions. After working as a Medical Esthetician, I received my Master Esthetician license in 2014 and have continued working with lasers and other medical devices in a clinical setting.
